Building upon its conceptual foundation, the nest house is distinguished by a solid and imposing front elevation, which contrasts with the softer and more adaptable features in the central part of the structure.

One of the primary concerns of the homeowners was to ensure the privacy of the bedrooms. Consequently, the design capitalized on this concern, strategically differentiating itself. Essentially, this key consideration led to the division of the building into two volumes, interconnected by a slender corridor with flexible boundaries, which can seamlessly blend with the programmatic pause occurring in the middle of the structure.
