The compositional principles governing this specific proposal combine the geometric characteristics of the plot on one side and the topography and views provided by the plot on the other. Essentially, these principles have given rise to a dynamically geometric boundary facing the street and a more relaxed and soft approach on the side of the house that overlooks the view.
