Project location
The apartment complex is located in Agios Dometions, Nicosia, Cyprus. Agios Dometios is situated in the western part of Nicosia and is well-connected to the city center and surrounding areas. It is primarily a residential area, with a mix of apartment buildings and houses. Lastly, Agios Dometios hosts several educational institutions, including public and private schools. This makes it an attractive area for families with children as well as for students.

Concept Idea
The concept behind a cross-residence apartment design is to maximize the corner potential of all the units. The corner areas of the plot are the most valuable in terms of views, sunlight, and airflow. To achieve this, the design places the staircase in the center of the apartment complex. This intentional placement maximizes the views and ventilation for the outer shell of the building. This innovative approach ensures that every apartment enjoys an enhanced connection to the outdoors while efficiently using the available space.
Living spaces
The design of apartment living spaces is centered on providing a contemporary aesthetic and optimal functionality for a comfortable living experience. Natural lighting and ventilation are integrated into all unit spaces. More over, the units are meticulously planned to ensure maximum separation between them. This separation is achieved through the strategic placement of the main circulation unit in the center of the building, serving both the overall functionality of the residential block and the individual unit separation.

Single Bedroom
Apartment
The single-bedroom apartments (T1) are located on the 1st floor of the apartment building. The apartments consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area, and living room, all of which are connected to a covered veranda. This covered veranda is also connected to the bedroom of the apartment.

Double Bedroom
Apartment
The double-bedroom apartments (T4) are located on the 2nd & 3rd floor of the apartment building facing the road. The apartments consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area, and living room, all of which are connected to an L-shape covered veranda. The two bedroom apartments that are the 3rd floor has also a staricase that leads to a private roof garden for each of the apartment.
